Who We Are
Plastmatrix is an independent polymer-engineering company based in New Delhi, specializing in PA6 Nylon and PP granules for industrial manufacturing. We began with a simple objective — to bring batch-level consistency to a market where material variation often slows down production and increases rejection rates.
Over the years, we have invested in calibrated extrusion lines, in-house testing equipment, and traceability systems that allow us to deliver materials that behave the same way in every batch — every time.

What we supply
We manufacture and supply PA6 Nylon and PP granules designed for consistent performance across extrusion, molding, and compounding applications. Every material batch is produced with strict quality controls, traceable documentation, and industry-grade packaging to support predictable production lines.

Raw Material Qualification
We source certified resins from audited suppliers. Every incoming lot is tested for melt-flow index, moisture, purity and colour to confirm it meets our material specs before acceptance.
Precision Compounding & Granulation
Feedstock is compounded on calibrated extruders under controlled temperature and shear. The melt is pelletised to deliver uniform pellet size, dispersion and stable mechanical performance.
In-process Quality Controls
We run stagewise checks (MFI, color, moisture, dispersion and tensile) during production to detect drift early and keep each batch within tightly defined tolerances.
Final QA, Traceability & Dispatch
Approved batches are packed in industrial bags with batch-level certificates and QR traceability. We record test data and ship per your delivery and packaging requirements.

How we make production-stable granules
1. Raw material qualification
Audited suppliers + incoming batch checks for melt flow, moisture and contamination. Only certified lots enter production.
2. Precision compounding
Temperature-controlled extrusion with tight residence-time controls. Color & additive dosing is inline-monitored for repeatability.
3. Granulation & QC
Pellet size control, MFI verification, color spectrometer checks and documented batch certificates before dispatch.
